“Our Family History Group meets once a month face to face, with occasional Zoom sessions if and when required. We’re here to help each other solve family history challenges, share success stories, and keep each other updated on progress.
Members have varying levels of experience and knowledge and most subscribe to, or utilise, the online facilities provided by Ancestry, Find My Past, British Library Newspapers and similar online resources. Some members are exploring their ancestors’ military records and others their DNA.
We welcome anyone with an interest in family history, whether you’re just starting or have been researching for years.
