Our friendly Bridge Group meets in Heelands on Tuesday afternoons and we would be really happy for you to enjoy a game of bridge with us. If you have reasonable knowledge of ACOL bidding but are a little rusty please come along. It may be daunting at first as you brush up on your knowledge but we are a friendly group and will encourage you at all times.
You do not need a partner as we 'pick for partners' to encourage a shared understanding of bidding methods and conventions This also avoids playing with the same partner week after week.
We use the Chicago method of scoring. Depending on the number of members attending we may have one or more tables of 5, changing round after 4 hands.
For further information please contact the Group Leader.
