The Group
We are an enthusiastic group of PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone users, with varied levels of experience, and interested in all aspects of computing. We exchange knowledge, ideas, tips and experiences, with a view to keeping up with the latest software developments, security risks etc.
Our members are welcome to bring their problems to the meetings to discuss and resolve problems or to demonstrate their points of interest. Although the topics raised may not always apply directly to all members, we nevertheless learn something new at each meeting.
Occasionally we may arrange a presentation on a particular topic by an outside speaker or perhaps from one of our own members. We are hopeful that more presentations can be arranged in the future but meanwhile, member contributions continue to make for lively meetings.
Meeting Format
The session opens with the latest news, a technology related presentation by a member or guest speaker followed by a Microsoft related topic previously chosen by members, that they would like to hear more about. The mid-session coffee/tea break is followed by continuation of Microsoft topics leading to open discussions.

We welcome members for a free ‘taster‘ meeting, prior to their deciding whether they wish to join the group. It should be noted that basic computer training is not part of our agenda; this is best acquired at courses run by, for example, Milton Keynes Library and Age UK.
