The members of this group enjoy sewing and socialising together, on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 1.30 - 3.30pm at Dexter HOuse, Oldbrook. Our main focus is on patchwork and quilting but members have other sewing projects on the go too.
All levels of sewing are warmly welcomed. We don’t have a tutor as such, but aim to help one another if needed. Group members bring their own projects and materials and work at their own pace. Some members prefer to sew by hand whilst others enjoy bringing their sewing machines along. Tea and coffee is available and there is a 20p collection at the end of each session which will be used to purchase a present for Dexter House Christmas Party.
